X Factor judge Cheryl Cole and finalist Stacey Solomon have topped a survey to find the public’s favourite judge and remaining contestant. Cheryl scooped just under two-fifths of the favourite judge’s poll while Stacey topped the contestant’s poll with 34%, according to the UK Press Association.
Simon was next in the poll with 37%, followed by Dannii with 15% and finally Louis was voted the least popular with just 6% of the vote.
Joe was the second favourite contestant, with 31% of the vote, an 11% increase on the results of the same poll carried out the previous week.
A spokesman said: “Stacey’s still leading the race but, after last week’s performance, there’s a horse named Joe coming up on the outside and there’s still a fair few furlongs left yet.”
