Joe and Danyl lead in betting odds

The X Factor

X Factor hopefuls Joe McElderry and Danyl Johnson are looking likely to stay the course this year as they lead the betting with odds of 4/1 to win the show. Stacey Solomon and Jamie Archer aren’t too far behind, but Rachel Adedeji is still struggling to find support from punters.

At odds of more than 50/1 to win the show, Rachel is favourite to get the kick this Sunday after failing to attract enough votes to escape the past two final showdowns – being saved by only the judges.

John and Edward aren’t far behind with odds of 40/1 to win however despite a lot of hate aimed in their direction they are attracting voters and could well stick around for the next few weeks.

Cheryl’s other remaining act, Lloyd Daniels, is also struggling to pick up steam with odds of 28/1 to win following his performance of Bleeding Love on Saturday.

Lucie Jones has seen the biggest slide in odds – currently 6th favourite to win the show despite leading a week ago

So far this year the bookies odds have been a good indication of the support an act is getting from the public and the judges.
