Reality TV pop star turned actress Kym Marsh has revealed she would like to be considered by Simon Cowell to be a guest judge on this year’s show, filling in for pregnant Dannii Minogue during the Manchester auditions. Writing in her new! magazine column, Marsh said she hoped Louis will put in a good word with the boss for her.
“I read that Simon Cowell is thinking about having a guest judge to sit in for Dannii Minogue at each regional audition for The X Factor. I would really love to be considered as a stand-in at the Manchester rounds!” Kym wrote.
“In fact, I bumped into Louis Walsh – who I get on very well with – at the Fashion Kicks show, and told him I’d jump at the chance to be involved in the show. So I’m hoping he’ll put in a good word for me!”
This isn’t the first time Kym has hinted at wanting to be a part of the show, the soap star previously described a judging role as her ‘dream job’.
