X Factor USA is set to launch with Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole, Paula Abdul and Jay-Z as the four judges, reports the Daily Mail. According to the paper, Simon is already having “his people” house hunting for Cole in Los Angeles where she will visit in the summer to meet her future colleagues.
