X Factor auditions travel to Manchester with Nicole Scherzinger

The X Factor 2010 auditions pulled into Manchester today for the final dates of this year’s audition phase. For the final three days the panel will be joined by guest judge Nicole Scherzinger, from girl group the Pussycat Dolls. Unfortunately due to illness Cheryl Cole was not able to attend the auditions.

The X Factor 2010 auditions roll into London!

The X Factor auditions rolled into London this morning, for the first of 4 days of filming in the capital. Over 20,000 fans are expected to attend the ExCel centre in the country’s capital to watch the shows, which started earlier this afternoon. Unlike in previous auditions in Glasgow and Birmingham however, there will be no guest judge.

X Factor judge Louis Walsh has signed a new £1.6m deal which will see him return to the show later this year, according to reports. Walsh met with show boss Simon Cowell to the sign the deal yesterday, which will see his 2008 pay-packet of £700,000 more than double.
